After teasing us with preview clips and photos, at long last the first full-length trailer for the highly anticipated and star-studded "Spring Breakers" is on its way. MTV News is happy to announce that we'll be presenting it online and on-air exclusively January 17!
Mark your calendars and check back here at 7 a.m. this Thursday for the online trailer debut. Then, tune into MTV later in the day during primetime for the broadcast premiere. And don't just take our word for it, see what stars Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez and Ashley Benson had to say about seeing the finished film for the first time and why they chose to take on such daring roles.

'Spring Breakers' Stars 'Stripped' Down For Their Roles
"It is nerve-racking because we've stripped ourselves down and [the movie] is so raw and bare," said Hudgens. "And the fact that [early screenings were] received so well is such an accomplishment, it's an honor. It gets a physical reaction," she continued, speaking to the emotional and gut-wrenching moments in the Harmony Korine-directed film. "You watch the movie and your stomach is literally in knots. It's just amazing that you can push an audience so far to feel something."
For Gomez, her desire to be a part of the buzzworthy and challenging film was a chance to step outside her comfort zone and, in a way, graduate from being only known as the sweet and innocent Disney star from "The Wizards of Waverly Place."
"After my show ended, going from that to this was an extreme but it was so incredibly liberating and something that I was so proud of and I learned a lot," she said. "And it was just a great experience."
