Video shows off early build of Windows Blue update for Windows 8 and RT

A video has leaked out an early build of the so-called Windows Blue update for Windows 8 and RT. The build number of the OS being displayed on the video is 9364 and the final version will end up installed on both the Microsoft Surface RT and the Microsoft Surface Pro. Based on the video, the update will apparently bring Internet Explorer 11 with synced tabs, the ability to customize your device with choices of accent colors, and an improved settings page with a search and recently used/most used settings. The update puts SkyDrive on the PC Settings page and the ability to upload pictures and videos to SkyDrive will be based on the quality of the content.

The early version of WindowsBlue in the video reveals two new apps, calculator and Movie Moments. And multitasking is improved with side by side snapping of apps. A version of the update is expected for Windows Phone handsets and one rumor has the update optimizing the OS for use on tablets with smaller 7 inch and 8 inch screens.
