Kim Kardashian Preps For Year Of 'Adjustment' With Pregnancy

Kanye West's girlfriend says she's 'feeling really good,' but maintains that pregnancy is 'not as easy as people think.'

Kim Kardashian isn't letting pregnancy slow her down. The mama-to-be appeared at 1 Oak in Sin City on New Year's Eve to welcome 2013, and parenthood, with style.

And if you're wondering if she's already feeling the effects of pregnancy (she's reportedly 12 weeks along with Kanye West's baby), she explained that right now she's feeling strong. "I have felt good. I haven't had any morning sickness, but it still isn't the easiest," she told Us Magazine at the party. "People always say it's easy and fun. It's definitely an adjustment learning about your body and stuff like that. I've been feeling really good, so that's good."

As for knowing the sex of the baby, the reality starlet added, "Of course I do want to know. I can't find out yet, but I do want to know."
She mirrored those sentiments in an interview with "Entertainment Tonight," held at the same lavish NYE celebration Monday night, sharing how she keeps her party stamina going.

"I take lots of naps so actually so I feel really good... I think this New Year it's just about being happy and healthy and that's what I really plan on doing. So I think it's just going to be such a great New Year's, really calm and really fun so I'm excited," she said, adding that being pregnant is not like in the movies, or on reality TV for that matter.
"When people say that pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would have to disagree," she said. "I mean from this stage on, it does become easier and funner, but it's adjusting. Even my sister [Kourtney] has made it look easy, and it's not as easy as people think. It is a lot, a little, painful. There is growing pains, but I heard it's all worth it, so I'm looking forward to that."

With so many potential people to pick from, Kim shared she's not sure that Baby Kimye will have any godparents. She said, "Oh, I have no idea. I didn't have god parents growing up, so I don't know if it will."
And, not only is she keeping up with her commitments in the wake of her pregnancy news, she's also maintaining her sexy fashionista status. She wore a sheer black dress to the event that put her growing baby bump on display. She was joined by West, who rocked a fitted black suit and white dress shirt.

Across the country, Uncle Rob Kardashian rang in 2013 in Miami, where he opened up about Baby Kimye and any possibilities that Kim could add Mrs. West to her growing roster of new titles.
"I think everyone is just excited about and focused on the baby right now," he told People. "Kim and Kanye are over the moon happy. I'm so excited to be an uncle again!"
