Android Jelly Bean update might roll this week for the Sony Xperia P, Go, S, SL, acro S and ion

Sony tweeted to watch the the space this week, as the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for its 2012 phone crop is in the very final stages of development. The phones mentioned are Sony Xperia S, SL, P, Go, acro S, and the Xperia ion.

We already had a sneak peak of a carrier update schedule, which indicated that the Xperia S will be getting JB-ed in May, so it's very probable that the glbal version will start being updated even sooner. The recent Android 4.1 update for the Xperia TX brought on some extra features, so we are eagerly awaiting more details on the schedule for the above handsets, too.
