Sony Xperia Tablet Z release date to be in the middle of April, price starting at $600

Sony's UK online store is now accepting preorders for the Xperia Tablet Z. The super-thin and light tablet is available in 16 and 32 GB options, as well as Wi-Fi and LTE variants.

Right now, only the Wi-Fi variant can be preordered. According to the store, the tablet should ship somewhere between April 12 and April 15. The 16GB Wi-Fi Xperia Tablet Z costs $600 (£399), while the 32GB Wi-Fi Xperia Tablet Z costs $680 (£449), which comes to show that contrary to what Jessie J appealed to, Sony is yet to forget about the price tag. If you're eying the Sony Xperia Tablet Z, you should keep in mind that only the 32GB version is available in white.
