A couple days ago we let you know that there was a major update for the HTC DROID DNA in the works, and word has come out that the update has just gone live. The update adds quite a lot of bug fixes and improvements, but it doesn't add any new features to really get excited about, because it doesn't bring users up to Android 4.2.
The update will bring your device to build 2.04.605.2 and includes improvements to WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth connectivity, Hotspot connectivity, audio quality over wired headsets and earpieces, and a number of other improvements.
The update is available OTA right now, but it is pretty beefy at just over 100MB, so it's probably best that you download it over WiFi and save your data plan.
