BlueStacks released the final version of its promised Windows 8 App Player, tailored for the Surface Pro tablet. This means that owners of devices with Microsoft's newest OS will be able to run the 750,000 and counting apps written for Android.
You'd even have the Android navigational buttons like Back and Home as a Charms menu on the right. Moreover, BlueStacks now allows you to run the Android applications full screen.
“The Surface Pro is an innovative device, but it has none of the top apps,” commented BlueStacks CEO, Rosen Sharma. “This fixes that and adds a lot of value for buyers."
