MTV News addresses those Super Bowl questions — from a Destiny's Child reunion to an appearance from Jay-Z.
The only thing we know for sure about Sunday's Super Bowl halftime show is that Beyoncé has promised that she will be singing live. Otherwise, all bets are off ... or on.
Rumors and purported set lists have been floating around for a week and aside from providing definitive proof that she can slay the national anthem,Bey cannily kept her plans under wraps during a Thursday press conference about her big gig.
What about Destiny's Child?
Earlier this month, US Magazine cited multiple sources close to the group confirming that ">Destiny's Child mates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland would join Beyoncé during a medley of the group's hits, including "Survivor" and "Bills, Bills, Bills" as well as their new single, "Nuclear."

Queen Bey isn't the only one zipping her lips about the reunion.">Williams shut down rumors when she spoke to MTV News recently. Her excuse was a starring role in the Broadway production of "Fela!" However, a statement was released earlier this week noting that Williams will miss a string of shows from January 31 through February 3, a time frame that roughly coincides with, yes, the Super Bowl.
What about Bey's new music?
After opening solo and then running through some DC hits, Beyoncé is expected to end the show solo again with a finale that will include the as-yet-unannounced first single from her upcoming fifth solo album. All the while she'll be surrounded by 50 lucky fans onstage as part of a Pepsi promotion.

What about Jay-Z?
There are also reports that she'll hit up the solo hit "Crazy in Love," which has sparked further reports that hubby Jay-Z might be tapped to join the show as well. In that case, maybe the duo could pull out "Deja Vu" or"Welcome to Hollywood." At press time it was unclear if "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)" had made the cut, but with only 12 or so minutes to rock the stage, something had to give and one of Bey's most popular hits might have taken the fall.

And how about those pre-recorded tracks?
Whatever she sings, Beyoncé will be doing it without the assistance of the kind of pre-recorded backing track she used at the inauguration.

"I will absolutely be singing live [on Sunday]. I am well-rehearsed and I will be singing live. This is what I was born to do," she said at Thursday's press conference. "Like I said, I've had a 16-year career and all of the things that I've done has prepared me for this. So I'm ready. I love haters. No shame, no hate."
And, of course, there will be plenty of dancing. Based on rehearsal footage released this week, the singer and her female backup dancers were seen doing some intense, hip-rolling choreography to her song "Countdown."
