Review – The free mac app provides users a way to access their photos across a large assortment of Apple products. When you upload a photo to Carousel you can access it from Macs, iPad, iPhones. There are no manual syncing functions required, and everything is handled automatically. If you upload a picture on your mac, you can see its progress directly on your iPhone. The service requires an Adobe account.
