Angelina Jolie hates Jennifer Lawrence

ANGELINA Jolie is embroiled in a bitter feud with Jennifer Lawrence, it has been claimed.

According to American tabloid the National Enquirer, the Salt star believes the Hunger Games actress poached a role from her. “Angelina desperately wanted the fe­male lead in the movie Silver Linings Playbook,” a source said.

“But once the director saw Jennifer’s audition, it was no contest. Jennifer blew her out of the water, and Angie was enraged!

The film features a man with bipolar disorder, played by Bradley Cooper, who meets an emotionally unstable young widow named Tiffany.

Director David O Russell says he initially believed 22-year-old Jennifer wasn’t mature enough to play Tiffany, and had Angelina pegged for the role.

“We had a lot of major actresses in town interested in the role, from Angelina Jolie to some other big stars,” he said recently. “Jennifer, we frankly thought, was too young.”
