Nokia UK made another one of its famous publicity stunts, this time giving a Lumia 920 to the London crane operator Eugene Benjamin, who took it atop his tower cabin to shoot pictures and video of the foggy London scenery below.
The handset fared very well in the cloudy circumstances, and a side-by-side comparison with a pro Canon C300 cam at one point shows that you can easily leave at least your point-and-shoot at home with the 920 in your pocket.
Nokia City Lens also made a cameo, augmenting reality to show the crane operator info about the nearest food places below, and last but not least, the guy was operating the touchscreen most of the time with his gloves on, which demos how useful the supersensitive display actually is in real-life scenarios.
