Find Android apps you don't use to free up space

Installed a few too many apps and now you're not sure what to clean out and what to keep? This app might help you.

For times like these, Useless Apps Remover is the only additional app you'll want to download -- until you make more room, that is.Are you always looking for an app that does exactly what you want for a particular service? Like a Twitter client that displays everything the way you wish it would, or a specific kind of live wallpaper? You may install many of the options available, but then forget which ones you want to get rid of later.

Grab a copy of the app for your Android device and then open it after it finishes installing. You should see a list containing all of the apps installed on your device. If you just want to view the ones you never use, tap the small gray arrow near the top right-hand corner. This will give you a drop-down menu in which you can choose "Never used apps."

An important note to make here is that an update to an app seems to affect each app differently. For some, it means that you have not logged in since it was last updated and the status will show as never used; and for others, it will show the app as being used, but only because the update triggered it.

To make Useless Apps Remover more useful, I suggest leaving it on the device for a week and then looking over the apps again. I found that the results were different from when I installed the app and then looked at the list again 12 hours later.

Last used status aside, you can use this app as a quick way to uninstall the apps you want to ditch. Just tap the Delete button and then confirm the deletion on the next screen. This process is slightly less tedious than uninstalling through the application manager or Google Play.
