THE man convicted of trespassing at Miley Cyrus’s Los Angeles home has been issued a restraining order.
Last month, Jason Luis Rivera was given an 18-month prison sentence after being convicted of trespassing at the former Hannah Montana star’s property and resisting arrest. The 40-year-old was said to have jumped over the fence of the house, armed with a pair of scissors. Following the trial, Cyrus was granted a temporary restraining order against Rivera.
A Superior Court judge has now issued a three-year restraining order, ordering Rivera to stay away from the star. Rivera did not respond to the petition for a restraining order.
