Bing Translator released for Windows Phone 8

Bing Translator, which was available on WP7, is now compatible with the platform's latest version, so users in need of a personal interpreter can take advantage of its features.

First and foremost, it uses voice recognition algorithms to convert your speech to text and then translates it to a language of your choice (out of the ones the app supports, of course). The interpretation can then be "pronounced" by the application with the accent typical for the desired language.
