Anne Hathaway wrote spy movie for Sally Field

ANNE Hathaway once attempted to write a screenplay for a film she hoped would feature Sally Field.

The two actresses recently met up for a roundtable discussion organised by The Hollywood Reporter and Hathaway told the veteran of the project.

The Devil Wears Prada star said, “You don’t know this, but I tried to write a movie for you, about a spy. I thought, ‘Sally would be amazing, because who would ever think she was a spy?’”
