Unlocked HTC One X+ available for pre-order in the U.S.

On Thursday, we told you that Clove Technology had started accepting pre-orders for the SIM-free version of the HTC One X+. Clove has a price tag of £474 ($763 USD) on HTC's new flagship Android model, which has a whopping 64GB of native storage and a larger 2100mAh battery. And we're sure that when you read about the quad-core 1.7GHz processor, you wanted to pre-order one yourself in the United States. Well, if that's the case, we have some good news for you.

Pre-order a SIM-free HTC One X+ in the U.S.

Expansys U.S. is now accepting pre-orders of the unlocked HTC One X+. Besides the higher capacity battery, the increased storage and the faster processor, the HTC One X+ comes with Android 4.1 installed out of the box. The bad news though, is that this is the international edition which means no subsidized pricing and no compatibility with AT&T's LTE pipeline.

You could pre-order the HTC One X+ from Expansys, but the price has not yet been announced.Of course, they won't ship the phone and charge your card unless you agree to the price, whatever it will be. But we would suggest that if you're a power user, why hold yourself back without LTE connectivity? Considering that Clove is expecting to ship their pre-orders on October 22nd, if you live in the states your best bet will be to see when the nation's second largest carrier is going to take pre-orders. Not only will you have connectivity with the carrier's LTE service, you will also save some money upfront by purchasing the phone on contract.
