In case you missed the train when Amazon slashed the Samsung Galaxy S III price to $99 last time, now is your chance to act. The online retailer has once again put the hot smartphone on sale for less than a Benjamin, as long as you sign up for a new 2-year subscription.
The models that are being offered for $99 are the 16GB CDMA versions for Verizon and Sprint, powered by a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor instead of the quad-core Exynos chip found in the smartphone's international version. As far as colors go, the smartphone is available in either blue or white, but only the blue 16GB variant is priced at $99. The 32GB model will set you back $100 extra, although you could always just get a microSD card separately and pop it in. AT&T variants are also available, although priced slightly higher at almost $120.
So in case you've been waiting for the right time to get a Samsung Galaxy S III, you might want to check this offer out. You just don't know how long Amazon Wireless will keep the price so low.
