The leak comes from the inventory system of Europe’s largest electronics retailer, Media Markt, and shows 16 total variants of the iPad Mini. The list shows models with 8, 16, 32, and 64GB of storage, then each of those comes in either black or white, and WiFi only and cellular radio models (presumably the same GSM/LTE radio as the iPhone 5).
More interestingly, the pricing is listed as well. It looks like the base iPad Mini with 8GB of storage and WiFi only will be $250, making it competitive with the Nexus 7 (unless the $99 rumors are true), and the Amazon Kindle Fire. As usual, each storage level adds $100, and adding a cellular radio also adds $100. So, it breaks down to $350 for the 8GB cellular and 16GB WiFi, $450 for 16GB cellular and 32GB WiFi, $550 for 32GB cellular and 64GB WiFi, and tops out at $650 for the 64GB cellular model.
We'll have to see the pricing on the new Nexus models, but it looks like Apple is trying to be as competitive as possible heading into the holiday season.
