We knew Nokia is going even further downmarket than the Lumia 610, as the Lumia 510 details leaked not long ago, and it has been appearing in RDA since July.
Now we have a fresh picture of the device, and some more specs confirmed. First we heard that the Lumia 510 is said to offer a 4-inch LCD touchscreen and a 5-megapixel camera with no LED flash. The MSM7227A chip inside ticks at 800MHz and is backed up by 256MB of RAM. To no surprise, Windows Phone 7.8 will run on the device, and the unit itself has a thickness of under 12 millimeters and weighs 129 grams.
The new thing that is added to the mix by the current leak, besides the picture of the device itself, is that it will come with 4GB of internal memory. The specs are rather low-end, but the price won't make you bat an eye either - you can get it for the equivalent of $150 off-contract and pop in any SIM card.
The rumor is that this Lumia 510 is a China-destined device for now, and no details are given as to whether it will see the light of day in Europe or the US in early 2013, when its launch is allegedly scheduled for.
